Removing a Trojan Virus

Guys please help me i dont know how to remove it and i think it is a Trojan Virus and it says it is severe

    Run SFC three times to see if it will repair the files.

    If not run a Repair Install which reinstalls WIndows while keeping your files, programs and most settings in place, by installing the Media Creation Tool from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m..., open the tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now. This will solve most problems and also bring it up to the latest version which you need anyway and by the most stable method.

    sir while im waiting for the verification of the sfc

    Can i delete malwarebytes or if i delete malwarebytes will the quarantined files come back to my computer again?

    I would keep Malwarebytes so you can check if Defender ever finds anything.

    Just turn off it's Real Time Protection trial on the front of it's control panel, and right click it in the System Tray to Exit. Then it becomes an app that you can open to run when needed..
