When you run the System File Checker it will tell you if it finds damaged system files and whether it can repair them or not. If not I explain what to do in Step 10 here:

2022-04-06T04:58:44+00:00 Yes type sfc /scannow with a space before the forward slash. Then press Enter. If it says there are no corrupted files, or they are fixed, then you can skip the rest.
