Removing a Trojan Virus

Guys please help me i dont know how to remove it and i think it is a Trojan Virus and it says it is severe

    Sir when i disk clean up for internet temporary files when i start it its not even going to 1%. Do you know why?

    If Defender, Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner scans removed all the threats they found, then ran through again finding nothing, this is as good of a confirmation as you could possibly get that the virus is gone.

    If SFC now runs clean then it has also repaired the files which were broken.

    Without any remaining broken system files it is highly unlikely but if you have any performance issues remaining which resulted from the infection, let me know and I will help you resolve them.
