Removing a Trojan Virus

Guys please help me i dont know how to remove it and i think it is a Trojan Virus and it says it is severe

    Yes type sfc /scannow with a space before the forward slash. Then press Enter. If it says there are no corrupted files, or they are fixed, then you can skip the rest.

    When you run the System File Checker it will tell you if it finds damaged system files and whether it can repair them or not. If not I explain what to do in Step 10 here:
