Simply access the Windows Security app settings (right-click on Windows Security in the Start Menu). Once there, hit "Repair" and "Reset". Then, attempt the Windows update again. Worked for me!

I got an error for this Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2109.27002) and can't seem to find a solution. Install error - 0x80070643 Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you are encountering a Windows Security Platform Update error with error code 0x80070643.
You can try running the command prompt as administrator and execute the following command:
(The command prompt can be found by searching for cmd in the search bar.)
sfc /scannow Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealthAfter the command is executed, restart the computer, and then execute the following command again:
sfc /scannowAfter detecting no problems with the system, try installing the Windows Security Platform Update again.
