Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2109.27002)

I had Norton 360 running, and based on prior responses I disabled Auto-protect, and then the update successfully installed.

I've tried everything mentioned in this thread without success. Some items are not even available to me, like the option to hide updates. I could do that in all previous versions of windows, but it's no longer available with Windows 11 Pro. I even went to the windows download site in an attempt to download the KB5007561 file and install it directly on my PC as administrator. Unfortunately that doesn't work because KB5007561 cannot be found on the download site. I'm giving up on this and will wait for Microsoft to eventually get around to fixing this issue, if they even care about it.

Working on a Windows 11 Reference image to be used with MDT. Post New Windows 11 Installation this patch fails, nothing else but the OS and apply updates. Install error - 0x80070643, NONE of the typical fixes for this event work. Repeated fresh installs of Win11, this update continues to fail every time. Microsoft is slacking, Microsoft do you think you could look into this issue??
