I chatted with MS Support, and Amal provided me with this - fixed it for me:

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator.

Enter Commands:net stop wuauservnet stop bitsPress Windows key + R then type the path name:C:\Windows\SoftwareDistributionSelect all of it's contents then right-click and select Delete.Open Command Prompt as Administrator again.Type the commands:net start wuauservnet start bits Restart the device and try updating again.

What option do u get in "Microsoft Defender Antivirus Options"? as seen in the image u sent. Otherwise you might have to uninstall kaspersky & then go into Windows security. 🤔
