Windows 11 Cumulative Update not downloading and installing.

I can't download Windows Updates at all. I definitely have Internet access and I have already tried restarting my computer. Please help!

I have tried all of this many times. My PC i'm using as a server (just running windows 11) and my laptop BOTH have this issue. Neither has been able to install the primary updates for MONTHS. Only the security updates and the like. I can't reformat these, ESPECIALLY not the server rig. I've ran system file checker, windows update troubleshooter, tried manually shutting down the updates, nothing works. Reformatting shouldn't be a solution when you can't figure out what's wrong. There's only so many ways this can break, and it flat out makes no sense.

My computer keeps tring to update a USB update. What's wrong? This has been going on about 1 month!

1. Open the Microsoft Download Center page.
2. Download the file named “Show or hide updates troubleshooter” to your computer.
3. Double-click the file named “wushowhide.diagcab” to launch the tool.
4. Click on the Next button. Wait for the process.
5. Select the option to Hide updates.
