In Microsoft Whiteboard, one of my boards, won't open.

Hi!

In Microsoft Whiteboard, one of my boards, the most important one, won't open. I really hope we can find a way to recover it, even just as an exported file.

I have tried the tech support, I've chatted with a couple of operators there, that told me to write the issue here, so here I am.

The whiteboards are stored on onedrive account linked to same microsoft account.

Try logging into onedrive with your microsoft account that you use to login to whiteboard and then looking for the whiteboard there.

If you get it right click on it and check if you get the version history as an option.

If yes click on it and select a previous version of the file and see if it opens the file.

I already tried from there and from the android app as well, I got the same error everywhere except in the android app, where it keeps on eternal loading...

I really hope to find a solution!
