Windows Recovery: error code: 0xc0000225

I got this error after i updated my windows, i already run a Bootable device Troubleshoot and do “RebuildBCD” But it says total windows installations: 0 And when i tried to run a “FixBoot” it says “Acces is denied” i would appreciate if anyone can tell me where did it go wrong

    I need to hit the sack too. Your SFC & DISM look pretty bad. Let's see what Igor has to say, but I think a reset or clean install is in the offing. But maybe try the DISM twice more. If it succeeds, try the SFC twice more. But it doesn't look good. Good night.

    Here’s the result and about the wmic os get caption its only says

    “Caption

    Microsoft”

    i copy the directory and put it in the notepad you can see it on the google drive link i post in the previous post

    In case if there is anything i cant do again maybe im just gonna restart my pc and choose keep file option i guess

    Sorry but 1.85 hour duration of chkdsk's stage 2 means some hardware problems.

    Is this hard drive or SSD?
