I got this error after i updated my windows, i already run a Bootable device Troubleshoot and do “RebuildBCD” But it says total windows installations: 0 And when i tried to run a “FixBoot” it says “Acces is denied” i would appreciate if anyone can tell me where did it go wrong

That shows a better Win 10 Installation USB drive. It looks like mine now. But still your internal HDD does not show up in DiskPart. I can't make sense out of it. Do you know whether BitLocker (or some other volume encryption tool) was used on HDD? I guess, show us more BIOS screens as Igor requested, & include any that mentions encryption. The BIOS screen you already showed did look good. It not only showed the HDD, but it named it in Boot Priority. I'm puzzled so far.

Is your BIOS set to boot in legacy (or CSM) mode or in UEFI mode?
May be you select incorrect option when booting from USB or you have problems with hard drive.
Can you show a photo of boot menu when you boot from USB?
*Update: i used media creation tool this time and do the DiskPart again, this time looks different from the previous so is this how it supposed to be?
