Windows Recovery: error code: 0xc0000225

I got this error after i updated my windows, i already run a Bootable device Troubleshoot and do “RebuildBCD” But it says total windows installations: 0 And when i tried to run a “FixBoot” it says “Acces is denied” i would appreciate if anyone can tell me where did it go wrong

    Im not sure if i ever had a volume encryption tool as i remember, but here’s the photos of my bios page on GDrive i hope this will help

    Sorry, I do not see BIOS photo.

    Did you select UEFI boot from USB?

    The CSM support on my bios setting is automaticly Disabled and it cant be enabled, for more detailed i took a photos of my bios and put it on GDrive
