Hello igor i’ve bern trying to get information about my disk health these days and i get to check it in crystaldiskinfo like you suggested to me and here’s the result Is this mean something bad happened to my HDD?

I got this error after i updated my windows, i already run a Bootable device Troubleshoot and do “RebuildBCD” But it says total windows installations: 0 And when i tried to run a “FixBoot” it says “Acces is denied” i would appreciate if anyone can tell me where did it go wrong

2022-04-24T00:39:25+00:00 An update i booted again but this time i actually able to got in but everything was really slow i even wait for a long time to do a right click for a refresh, and then suddenly its booted and showed this message, looks like im might reallt need to check my HDD

2022-04-24T00:28:36+00:00 Right, a reset should offer to keep files. You will have to reinstall any 3rd-party apps that use them, though. I'm pretty sure your extra partitions (D: & E:) will be kept intact. Did you see my post where I asked to see the contents of those partitions? Enter those commands at a Command Prompt.
And you should find & test your BIOS Boot Menu F-Key which for an ASUS laptop is either Esc or F8. And the respective BIOS Setup keys are F9 or Del. That is going by the site I posted earlier.
