My Headphone Jack no longer works after upgrading to Windows 11. It works if I have it plugged in and reboot, but as soon as I unplug it stops until a reboot....it does not automatically detect it

This worked great for me thanks!

For anyone struggling to find it, you simply go to settings, Apps>Startup, and search for "Waves MaxxAudio Service Application"

Once you find it you simply click the button from OFF to ON. When I loaded my pc and my earphones were unplugged, I plugged them in and a little dialog box came up asking me what type of device I plugged in, and it worked.

If you don't have the app, I'm pretty sure you can install it like any other app online, but unsure exactly where.
