I've had the issue since 2022 possibly, quite some time anyway. Here's what worked for me today.
It's possible that someone came with this already, the darn thread is too long...
Right-click the computer icon in explorer. Select other options, the Manage computer.
Computer Management (local) / Peripherals / System tools / Audio, video and game controllers. Makes sense.
The last Realtek Soundwire HW Audio Codec Device Driver in the list (#4) is down unlike the previous ones.
The status in Properties indicates a power failure of sorts.
I disable then reenable the device driver: lo and behold, the jack output works again.
Additionally, the headphones output is back in audio output settings.
