Pc BSOD or random freeze/rebooting with no real cause.

thank you. i would like to add a little background story. So this issue started about late june last year, I remember I was messing with overclocking my cpu and ram but as soon as i noticed issue with the system i returned to bios optimized default settings. The issue then came and went a couple of times a week/month, it was very random happening sometimes a couple of times a day and then didn't happen for a month straight. A couple of days ago i realized I didn't turn off the ram xmp profile so i did thinking it would solve the bsods but it didn't... one strange thing that happened was that as soon i turned off the xmp profile and rebooted windows bsod happened when launching windows (never had that when booting up). but then it settled itself and kept happening at random times only at idle (NOT when gaming). In july last year I even reinstalled windows (without deleting personal files) so at this point I'm thinking everything has something to do with me messing up something in the bios (even though now everything is default). Could it be that i "broke" the ram? I ran memtest and windows memory tool and they did not say anything about ram faults, all was good. Could it be the PSU? Hope this adds a more complete explanation of the issue and really pray I'll find a way to end this drama

There were 5 mini dump files collected.

The bugchecks were FC, 3B, and 139.

There were no misbehaving drivers identified in the debugging.

The logs reported possible problems with the firmware.

The logs indicated the prior use of Windows Driver Verifier (WDV).

Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.

Learn the methods to turn off the tool in safe mode using the commands:

or

7. For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post

So i did the first step and no issues were found. Will do the next steps when i have more time in the coming days thanks, for the bios update i need a usb stick correct? I’m afraid I’ll mess up the update and damage the bios lol

So this problem could be caused by an old bios version? I remember tha tlast year when the problem first started happening i updated the bios but didn’t make a difference (it was a year ago so don’t remember correctly) do you think this could really solve it?
