I can suggest changing DNS, but can you please try switching to a different network for Setup and see if that helps?

I have Windows 11, and I'm trying to set up Phone Link between my PC and my Android. However, during setup I'm asked from the Phone Link app to generate a QR Code to scan on my phone or a PIN to enter manually, but neither ever appears.
Eventually, it gives me a "no network detected" error with "try again" as my only option, but my network is just fine - it has no problem loading the "Troubleshooting the Phone Link app" website, Windows reports no network problems, and all other apps using the network have no problems.
I have repaired and reset the Phone Link app from Windows 11 settings, but nothing changes.

2022-08-17T13:42:31+00:00 I have the same problem. I have changed my DNS, I have tried 3 different wifi networks. I continue to get a message saying that the app is experiencing issues on the service end.
I am running windows 11 and have a S21 Ultra. I had them connected before and about a month ago they disconnected and wont reconnect.

2022-11-10T21:20:51+00:00 I am having the same problem as of the last few weeks. I the app lost network connectivity on my computer so I reset it. Now, it will not generate a QR code as it says there is no network access. I have tried different connections, vpns, and dns settings. Is there something else I can try?

2022-11-26T14:04:11+00:00 I'm having the same problem. Sounds like a common problem. The app will not produce a QR code and says that I don't have an internet connection. This is a Windows issue.
Is Microsoft going to fix this? I've tried different DNSs, but nothing works.
