I have Windows 11, and I'm trying to set up Phone Link between my PC and my Android. However, during setup I'm asked from the Phone Link app to generate a QR Code to scan on my phone or a PIN to enter manually, but neither ever appears.
Eventually, it gives me a "no network detected" error with "try again" as my only option, but my network is just fine - it has no problem loading the "Troubleshooting the Phone Link app" website, Windows reports no network problems, and all other apps using the network have no problems.
I have repaired and reset the Phone Link app from Windows 11 settings, but nothing changes.

I have the same problem. I have changed my DNS, I have tried 3 different wifi networks. I continue to get a message saying that the app is experiencing issues on the service end.
I am running windows 11 and have a S21 Ultra. I had them connected before and about a month ago they disconnected and wont reconnect.
The secret to success was to go to my PCs “Settings -> Apps -> Smartphone-Link app” and there to “Reset the app (loose all app data on the PC)” (not: “Repair” because that preserved the data).
If this would not have worked, I would have tried to re-install the Phone-Link app on my PC because this was another solution recommended here in the MS forum.
I am having the same problem as of the last few weeks. I the app lost network connectivity on my computer so I reset it. Now, it will not generate a QR code as it says there is no network access. I have tried different connections, vpns, and dns settings. Is there something else I can try?
To anyone that comes upon this page in need of help. Try turning off any and all security software and firewalls. I was trying for an hour and then I decided maybe it's a security thing, disabled my Kaspersky that was running and boom QRC popped right up and I was able to get it connected.
I'm having the same problem. Sounds like a common problem. The app will not produce a QR code and says that I don't have an internet connection. This is a Windows issue.
Is Microsoft going to fix this? I've tried different DNSs, but nothing works.
