Why am I still not receiving the 22h2 update for Windows 11 even though my device is compatible and meets the minimum specifications by much

I also am in great dismay, for the strange thing is, one laptop here got that back at the beginning of October, another Windows 10 laptop got the 22H2 also at the beginning of October, but this new laptop hasn't seen a glimpse of it. This is totally weird and wonderful. Someone mentioned about the drivers being checked but one might as well believe the sink drain should be checked. Is it once a year now that Microsoft is going to give the big update or three times a year? By the time we get this 22H2, 24P4 will be supposedly available! Oh, the despair of it all.

It's not question "which feature". It's not question that Microsoft, announced 22H2 in september. We're in November and for a big number of machines, there is not any update. And no one knows the reasons.

is it the video driver? (I have the most updated ones from Radeon)

It's the Chipset Driver? 'same as above)

is the mouse driver?

Is what???

That was a real helpful question, e.g., "Which particular feature of 22H2 do you need?" Seriously, one will never know why this particular update is given to one computer and not another. Obviously, it's the wonderful world of Microsoft. :-)

Sorry, I don't understand why you're so frantic about getting a feature update, when you aren't even aware of what the new and updated features are. How do you know they'll matter to you? Or maybe it includes new features and updates to existing features that you'll hate, and rue the day they were installed? Feature updates don't contain critical security patches and bug fixes; those are distributed separately.

The principal reason why it takes many months to distribute a feature update is that they are released to PCs in waves, depending on what Microsoft knows about your computer via telemetry. After every wave, Microsoft evaluates how successful (or how much of a disaster) the update was on the selected computers. With this information, Microsoft can identify possible bugs to fix before the next wave of updates goes out.

Users who succumb to FOMO lose the benefit of this careful approach, and often end up making posts here where every second word has to be blotted out by the moderators.

If there's a particular feature that you need to have ASAP, those can sometimes be duplicated, sort of, by existing utilities that will get you through until your computer receives the update.
