Why is file explorer asking for a sign in?

File explorer keeps asking for a sign in but then tells me I can't log in with a personal log in and requires a business or education log in....

Going round in circles...

    I am having a problem getting into Microsoft as well. They keep asking me to prove who I am??? I've been with Microsoft a long time, but since my Win 10 Computer crashed this Spring, I can't figure out how to do anything. It's ridiculous! What is up with that???
