win 11 22h2 update printer issue

After updating older machines (2 yrs old) to the new version of windows 11(had previous version of windows 11 installed) or setting up new machines purchased earlier this month that have the new version of windows 11 installed I am no longer able to add printers from my print server. The error message I get is:

Operation cannot be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix???

    combination of Eko Supriyanto and Legacy_ ways, fix my problem to share an old printer "Hp laserjet p2014" on windows 11 pro (23H2 ) as a host.my client computer also running windows 11pro (23H2)

    in my experience when your host or server printer running windows 10, there'll be no problem.

    In fact a few days after I had that problem, a new release corrected it. This pattern repeats itself more and more often. It is helpful, though, to submit the problem to Microsoft within a feedback - but only after sufficient testing to pinpoint it so that technicians can solve it.

    Had faced same issue after windows 11 upate.

    Had problem in printing from network PC.

    I was getting error

    0x00000040

    Tried to solve for 3 days

    Ultimately downgraded to windows 10

    And got rid of the issue

    I tried everything, did not worked.

    It was a network printer. I had to install the printer via cmd as admin with this command:

    rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n"\ServerName\PrinterName"
