win 11 22h2 update printer issue

After updating older machines (2 yrs old) to the new version of windows 11(had previous version of windows 11 installed) or setting up new machines purchased earlier this month that have the new version of windows 11 installed I am no longer able to add printers from my print server. The error message I get is:

Operation cannot be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix???

    Same as you. HP 3830 suddenly started printing again - and it isn't even listed as an available printer in my settings (though HP Smart App is installed) It always worked from my phone so that was my work around. I had done a factory reset on my Accer Aspire 5 W11 last January and that made it work for awhile but then the annoying "Printer needs attention" message returned a few months later. None of the fixes from HP Support worked either - "old printer - buy new" was their final answer.

    yes we have same win11 22h2 professional in both pc, but one pc has 2900b usb connected

    another pc it not able to print, when i try to add i have this error

    as screenshot

    can u guide with me solution

    NETWORK PRINTER

    USB MODE TO PC 1 CONNECTE

    VIA SHARING PC2, WHEN I GO TO PC1 IT SHOWS CANON 2900B BT SAME ERROR COMES

    Pasos a seguir

    1- Agregar ip de la computadora que tiene instalada la impresora en el archivo Host ejemplo (192.168.1.45 printserver)

    2- En Control Panel=> Administrador de Credenciales=> Credenciales de Windows=> Agregar la ip de la computadora con la impresora, obligatorio incluir el usuario y contraseña de dicha computadora

    3- La sugerencia suministrada por AJV55:

    Inicio => Buscar => Editor de directivas de grupo local (gpedit.msc)=> Configuración del equipo => Plantillas administrativas => Impresoras => Configurar los ajustes de conexión RPC => Habilitado => RPC sobre canalizaciones con nombre => Aplicar => Aceptar => Reinicia tu PC

    4- Abrir el Explorador de Windows, conectarse con la ip de la computadora que tiene la impresora (\192.168.1.45), darle click derecho y conectar o solo doble click

    y Listo

    Confirmo que estos son los pasos que me funcionan

    HP laserjet pro, 400 dm 451

    HP color laser jet Pro M277

    Both worked with initial upgrade (10 to 11) then killed.

    I contacted MS advisors and one suggested changing location from 1 or 2 to higher #s Since September, Since the second upgradeI had no access to prinrters but use a laptop Win 10 to do the work.I have conrtacted Dell, HP and Microsoft withut success. Both puters are Dell, hooked up with USB cordsand a Linksys router. They have not bee moved.

    One suggestion was to downgrade the 11 to 10

    The upgrade denies that LaserJet pro 400 is NOT seen on screen Win 11 . It works well with Win 10
