win 11 22h2 update printer issue

After updating older machines (2 yrs old) to the new version of windows 11(had previous version of windows 11 installed) or setting up new machines purchased earlier this month that have the new version of windows 11 installed I am no longer able to add printers from my print server. The error message I get is:

Operation cannot be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix???

    Windows 11 22H2Printer issues slove

    Printer issues are back at it on Windows 11 22H2 as well

    Start => Search => Local Group Policy Editor => Computer Configuration => Administrative Templates => Printers => Configure RPC connection settings => Enabled => RPC over named pipes => Apply => Ok => Restart your PC

    Try and see, hopefully this may can help you this.

    Exactly the same issue as Win 10 print nightmare patch- I was able to browse to printer using ip on Win 10 but that doesn't work (permission issue?) on Win 11 home 22h2! The suggestion to reload windows is laughable as this happens right from brand new!

    Hello,

    Enabling All access and network discovery within a shared Public Network? That doesn't seems right. Until Windows update 22H2 it worked well within public space, even with network discovery off.

    I'm not comfortable with above suggestion. Is there a real solution to this? Thanks.

    It's not the solution. I have tried and I am facing the same problem as you. Everything was working well prior to this updated. I was even able to print a document before my PC restarted to install the update. I can see the PC server and the printer whenever I try to add/install it but it always ends up with an error.

    I reached out to Microsoft 2x about this and they also can't help me. They wanted to suggest I do an in-place upgrade which would take a lot of time and I do not have it since this is my office PC that is constantly used throughout the work day. I was told to wait for a new update that would hopefully fix this problem which I believe is a bug in their upgrade.

    I am still checking this forum and looking for some forum online that can give me a solution. I hope someone can give us an answer for this.

    I have same problem. I replace it by old version "win32spl.dll" in "C:\Windows\System32" and restart Computer

    File win32spl.dll ver.10.0.22000.613
