My PC keeps giving me a message that says, "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for this PC check with software developer." I disregarded it the first time and just closed it but it keeps coming back. I've looked for solutions everywhere and none of them work. I feel like I've been having problems all the time ever since I upgraded to windows 11. I don't know what to try anymore to get rid of this.

This app can't run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows.
This seems to be a Microsoft bug. I had this problem in Window 11 for couple of days. Checked firewall permissions and comparable features but failed to run my app. I was trying to run my .net api in a newly installed windows 11 VM. After a while I noticed an automated update for win 11 on the taskbar and asked me to restart the PC. I restarted but still didn't help. Then I reinstalled my app (.net api in my case) and magically the issue was gone. Hope this helps some of you.
