My PC keeps giving me a message that says, "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for this PC check with software developer." I disregarded it the first time and just closed it but it keeps coming back. I've looked for solutions everywhere and none of them work. I feel like I've been having problems all the time ever since I upgraded to windows 11. I don't know what to try anymore to get rid of this.

Tried many things, for hours. Still won't work. I need to install the latest drivers for my amd video card. This installer is the *correct* version for this operating system. I did not have this problem before a recent Microsoft update. When can Microsoft fix this bug? This is March 2023
So....what if we have no idea what app is causing this? i keep getting the notification...sometimes like 12 at a time and to this day i have absolutely no idea what it causing it to happen. I've tried running scan in cmd. I've tried uninstalling literally every program i have on my pc and still....i get like 12 or 13 of the "this app can't run on your pc" notification.
Sometimes this error can also be caused by the bios having the wrong time because it needs a new battery or the time date settings are set wrong I would go and check with that then try your program again it just might fix the issue.

Right-click the executable file of the app and select Properties. Open the Compatibility tab, check Run this program in compatibility mode for, and then use the drop-down menu to select a different Windows version. To save the new settings and try running the app, click Apply > OK.
i thried this, and still didnt work. now what? any ideas?
