Windows 11 security actions recommended but none found

on windows 11 the security icon in the task bar shows an exclamation in a yellow triangle and says "security actions recommended", but when I look at them all, they all say NO ACTION NEEDED

I own nothing close to the specs given for the processor, etc and have not asked Microsoft Comminity for any advise.

2022-12-26T22:57:46+00:00 I'm not being confusing. The bug is the app and browser control missing, which means you can't acknowledge you don't want it, or turn it on, to shut up the complaint in the tray. If you get 22H2, the app and browser control is replaced, so you can now turn it on or say you don't want it.
As for the language, they're just words, <removed>
