Has anyone learned how to fix this issue? I don't have any recommendations but this yield sign never goes away.
Windows 11 security actions recommended but none found

on windows 11 the security icon in the task bar shows an exclamation in a yellow triangle and says "security actions recommended", but when I look at them all, they all say NO ACTION NEEDED

2024-08-07T16:14:07+00:00 Had same problem with new Laptop and Windows 11 - Security icon in taskbar shows "action needed". Here is what I did to resolve this as could not find what "action" was needed.
Went into Windows Security
Then App and Browser Control
Change Potentially Unwanted App Blocking to ON
Note: Mine was already set to ON - so I switched it to Off - let windows make system change - then went back and switched it to ON
Did not reboot or anything
Windows security icon now shows "no action needed".
