Windows 11 security actions recommended but none found

on windows 11 the security icon in the task bar shows an exclamation in a yellow triangle and says "security actions recommended", but when I look at them all, they all say NO ACTION NEEDED

    It seems to appear randomly, probably full of bugs so they're handing it out to a small number of people at a time incase the **** hits the fan. I've received it on 3 of my 8 machines.

    Search "App" in start and open App & Browser Control and click turn on. Voila!! Issue will be solved.
    If the problem still persists, try restarting your lappy or pc. Welcome.
