Windows 10 import picture's and videos not detecting correct android pictures!!

Hello, when I use windows 10 explorer's import pictures and videos on my galaxy s8, the import wizard shows up but they all have the wrong photo which is different from whats showing within android. For some reason, the import pictures and video wizard doesn't detect more than 4k files even thought I have alot more than 4k files. Also, even though the folder to where the pictures/videos are being imported to is empty, windows still shows this error:

    No. This script works only with the classic import wizard. Also, ensure that you leave a copy of your files in the phone (as said in one of my earlier replies.)

    I have not deleted any files from my phone. Yet, occasionally I am still getting the same types of errors. I have also uninstalled a few apps and freed more space. I have 1.78 GB of free space.

    I have tried this with windows 11, I still am getting like 7000+ acqxxx.tmp.jpg files being created in the temporary folder then the import wizard crashing again

    Sir, I am still facing the same issue. I have reset the legacy photos app and reset new Photos app then tried to import pictures again, same problem with the try again box. I have used your script to clean acq*tmp* files in command line and in notepad. The same types of occur appears. I have tried your various methods in windows 11 pro x64 and in windows 10 enterprise x64.

    i am beginning to think that it is your and Microsoft's responsibility to keep systems and software upto date that is packaged with the operating system if such modern devices cannot work and are unstable there is a bigger problem in your management and/or software developmwnt program that needs deep reconsideration. I am highly unsatisfied with this level of clumsiness and follow up. Ive waited months for your reply and right now you have deserted my concerns. Ive been very patient with you but you have not done your job.

    I have ran your vba script and this is the error message that I received.

    This is message that I received after I clicked cancel after the error emerged

    As you can see, the above is proof that I was running your script. You can also see from the task manager that the script was running in the background.
