Windows 10 import picture's and videos not detecting correct android pictures!!

Hello, when I use windows 10 explorer's import pictures and videos on my galaxy s8, the import wizard shows up but they all have the wrong photo which is different from whats showing within android. For some reason, the import pictures and video wizard doesn't detect more than 4k files even thought I have alot more than 4k files. Also, even though the folder to where the pictures/videos are being imported to is empty, windows still shows this error:

    I'll tell you why this issue occurs, to make things more clear.

    When you use the import wizard, it creates .tmp files with random names beginning with the letters acq.. eg.., acq0a3lsdf.*. the temp files are then renamed to the original extension -- e..g, .jpg, .mp4, etc.

    The bolded part is the random string generated by the tool. The import wizard has a bug that causes it to create the same set of random strings after processing a number of files, thereby attempting to create duplicates. Since the file names already exist, it's not able to overwrite them.

    Ohh okay that makes sense thats a better explanation but I had the temporary folder at the same time as windows import was importing pictures and I saw that it was making temporary files one at a time but randomly it stops working. I don't know if it remembers past random strings which gives that error. I even used the standard photos app to see if the photos are being detected and even then it gives me an error saying that nothing is connected to my PC which is odd because i just took out the phone an replugged it back in AFTER resetting the photos app via add or remove features

    Tried the DIR command when the error message dialog was open?

    I'll test this issue again on my systems in a few days.

    its the same media pool is empty but with different filenames. I did not try the dir command because your post came after that. I am not getting notifications in my email about your posts is it okay to connect via skype or remote connection?
