Good gosh! I'm with you on OneDrive. There are other cloud apps out there and Microsoft 365 isn't all that (i.e. Google Drive). I found that OneDrive sync was creating all my issues. Once I uninstalled OneDrive from both my desktop & laptop, everything cleared up. Since Microsoft doesn't seem to be offering any type of fixes or help, I have now gone to Google Drive and Google Docs.

Not sure the issue stems from upgrading to Windows 11 as I had the problem with my laptop running on Windows 10. (My desktop runs on Windows 11). I'm don't know if you saw my post of Nov 28th but, I discovered that my OneDrive sync was causing the issue. Once I uninstalled OneDrive on both my laptop and desktop, it cleared this problem right up. Can't hurt to give that a try.

I don't see "options" after I click on the 3 dots.

This is what my file explorer looks like. But just an fyi....this fix didn't seem to help me out any. I resolved my issue completely by uninstalling my OneDrive App. I haven't had any issues since then.

Not sure if you saw my post of November 28th, 2023. I found that DaveM121's suggestion did not work for me. What I did find was that my OneDrive sync was creating this problem with both my desktop (running on Windows 11) and my laptop (Windows 10). Once I uninstalled OneDrive from both my desktop & laptop, this cleared the problem for me. Can't hurt to give it a try.
