No internet connection

So I wanted to make my laptop a second monitor for my PC. But it didn't work, so I searched on YouTube about how to do it and someone said that I needed to reset my network, so I reset it and after that I couldn't connect to my network on device manager. It shows a yellow exclamation triangle. And at other devices have the same triangle. My network adapter is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection 1217-LM. Please help me.

    Hi Szabo,

    Do you have a Smart Phone, if you do, does that have USB tethering that you could use to enable an Internet connection on your PC

    Well, it didnt. I need somehow to give the internet to my pc to install the drivers. For now, I have Bluetooth. I cant do anything with it.

    Hmm, I entered on device manager and clicked on update driver and it works is installing drivers for the network adapter.

    Hi Szabo, that is correct SM Bus has nothing to so with Samsung, it is the chipset driver.
