No internet connection

So I wanted to make my laptop a second monitor for my PC. But it didn't work, so I searched on YouTube about how to do it and someone said that I needed to reset my network, so I reset it and after that I couldn't connect to my network on device manager. It shows a yellow exclamation triangle. And at other devices have the same triangle. My network adapter is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection 1217-LM. Please help me.

Yeah, but I can repair it if I somehow get the internet on my PC and download the driver that requires network?

Hi Szabo,

You did download a version of that driver from the link I provided above, that did not enable your Internet connection, there is something wrong and you do need to contact a PC repair shop.

Hi Szabo,

Okay, if that does not work, and none of those drivers in your screenshot enables the connection, you need to take your PC to the PC repair shop, there is no pint in continuing to troubleshoot without an Internet connection.

I tried but it just makes the sound like something connected to the pc and can I choose something to install from there?
