Autopilot.dll WIL error

So this issue has been going on for almost a month now,event viewer is showing tons of these errors,i have 3 windows 10 installations and in each the error is there.Even tried to do a clean install on my main pc today to see if it would go away but to no effect.

This is the error:

Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported.

HRESULT: 0x80070491

File: onecoreuap\admin\moderndeployment\autopilot\dll\dllmain.cpp, line 178

Message: NULL

I searched a bit trough the comunity and found out that there are tons of people having the exact same problem.

    I did a reset but selected to use the cloud files and no more error.40+ days

    Understood. Unfortunately those scans found no problems. It's possible the freezing I'm experiencing is unrelated to the Autopilot errors, but I noticed them when I was investigating and the 1000+ errors per week seemed like a good place to start.

    Yeah I've run those scans and much more. In fact I've been keeping a list of all the fixes I've attempted and it's a page long now. I haven't cleared the TPM because it's a little risky and if I really have to I'll just turn off the Microsoft Account Sign-In Assistant Service.

    Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting that scans like sfc /scannow and/or Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth would fix your Autopilot.dll WIL errors. I was just hoping that a repair of your Windows system files might do something to fix (or at least reduce) your system freezes, since you said you are seeing almost 200 errors logged in your Event Viewer each week that that are not related to Autopilot.dll WIL.

    I used to see hundreds of these Autopilot.dll WIL errors each week on my Win 10 Pro v22H2 laptop (which I leave in sleep mode most of the day) until I cleared my TPM. **** These errors were extremely annoying but they never caused any obvious problems on my system like a system freeze. However, there might be something about my system configuration that minimized the impact of these Autopilot.dll WIL errors.
