Restoring Windows 10 Ribbon on Win 11

1 I have just updated my 21H2 to 22H2 where I cannot re-install Windows 10 File explorer Ribbon which was possible earlier with Win 11 21H2. How can I effect this?

or

Are the Copy to, Move to options available on Win 10 still available on Win 11 Pro? If available how can I operate them?

3 A similar case with theVideo playing and Slide show options

    the result is only temporary. i get the win 10 ribbon when i alt/up in control panel, but after doing the other steps explorer just goes back to it's default ribbon.

    I'm not sure what else I did to make it work but it works. i'll review the steps I took my work and see if I can go with the solution for you.
