windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    Certain mail in windows 10 Mail app on my laptop is displayed in HTML format but displays correctly on my Android phone. Any ideas

    Hi Denzil.

    Thishas been going on for over 8 months now with no resolution in sight. Looks like Microsoft more interetsted in Windows 12 for 2024 than older versions. I can't upgarde to Windows 11 either and my laptop barely 6 years old!!

    Trying my 6th attempt to get a reply from Microsoft support!!

    I have been on Windows 11 for months now. The msn mail client produces html code on W11 too.

    And whats more annoying with each "bug Fixing " update nothing gets done whatsoever , and Microsoft Tech support is useless !

    My self-discovered temp fix was to uninstall and then reinstall my email provider, Yahoo!
