windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    Any Twitter update on the message sent you last month?

    I'm now getting more emails with numbers on the script and a message to say download messages and pictures in blue which I can't do!!

    Hello sory for the late reply , news on that , not much help from twitter , but my own investigation turn up an article about "a new email client " Microsoft were working on , so I suspect there is no incentive for Microsoft to "fix" the mail app , when this new one could be about to be released https://www.windowslatest.com/2022/01/25/microsoft-is-preparing-a-new-email-client-for-windows-11/

    I suggest then you keep checking the Microsoft store as thats where the updates to the mail and calendar app gets updated, and have been several updates recently, but as i said Windows 10 only has two years left of support left , and with rumors of Windows 12 being rolled out in 2024 , there is no incentive for Microsoft to fix the mail app , I am currently using Bluemail , it doesn't fix your issue. If you cant upgrade to Windows 11, I dont know your level of computer knowledge , so I don't know if you can force an upgrade on your device , I myself have upgraded a HP G5 255 to Windows 11, then without sounding harsh , you could save up for a Windows 11 capable device,
