I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    Denise;

    I still have the same problem... I've posted in several forums but the answer doesn't seem to interest the developers.

    I have searched for months to find a solution to this problem and it seems there is no fix. On my windows 10 pc I installed Mozilla's Thunderbird mail app, it's free and works fine.

    Hello Since there hasnt been anyone posting about this ongoing issue since July Last year I will confirm that in 2023 it is still an ongoing issue , and yes I could use email clients, but they do not fall under Microsoft's jurisdiction, and how much feedback does Microsoft need in order to fix this issue , it is a HUGe concern when using other email clients, as they will not get security updates at the frequency that Microsoft rolls them out. and some Microsoft techs are also passing the buck onto the senders of the emails saying "oh maybe its the sender who has changed the way they send emails" , no its not It s the inability for Microsoft to fix the issue !!

    Hi DeBs. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

    This is being widely reported and afflicts only the Mail app, as you can read the same mails in the provider's account in a browser. I expected it to be fixed by now but apparently we need more Feedback to be filed to get developer's attention.

    If you want to add your voice to report this bug to Microsoft you may be able to help improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in Start Menu. While they will probably not see this here in the forums, Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi Greg

    This has been posted in the feedback hub by many users since June last year and nothing been done!! Have a look as I've just done!!

    Can't you do something about it instead of just suggesting the feedback hub. I have raised this directly with Microsoft support in June, September, October, November 22 and January 23 (latest ref 1048882834). They recognise this is a bug and needs fixing though when we don't know. What more do you want us to do?!!!!

    Hi Christopher
