windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    Well mine seems to be fixed now, but have just noticed it's no longer called Mail but Outlook?

    Hi Debs

    Looks like it's going to be Outlook from 2024. I assume you've spotted the icon in the right hand corner of the Mail App " Try Outlook". Only avaliable for G mail and Microsoft accounts at the moment.

    Yea. All sorted for me now after changing to the 'new' Outlook.

    No more html code for me too using the "New Outlook." Finally, it's fixed.
