windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    Any Twitter update on the message sent you last month?

    I'm now getting more emails with numbers on the script and a message to say download messages and pictures in blue which I can't do!!

    Can't believe what Support are saying on Twitter first time they know about this. Do they not communicate with each other? Perhaps you could reply to them on Twitter as I'm not on it with my support references below if that helps.

    I've 5 support reference numbers from June 22 to January 23!! 1039856203, 1044148605, 1045297142, 1046520318 and 1048882834.

    What makes me laugh is that even the Microsoft community "Question has a reply" email comes out in garbage, that and Microsoft rewards, are constantly garbled. Where as most other emails are fine, and some from Disney & Vodaphone are garbled somedays & fine other.

    Why Microsoft can't fix this is unbelievable.

    What is even more diabolical is the fact that Microsoft support team on twitter say its the first they have heard about it

We’d like to inform you that we didn’t receive any information or reports about this issue, but we appreciate your efforts in bringing it to our attention.     I agree Christopher. Problem still with us today 18th . I've raised this over 5 times with MS support since June last year. What's wrong with them.
