windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    I agree that this code issue is not being fixed by Microsoft, and it is annoying. I must disagree that Microsoft Tech Support is useless, although I can respect your feelings.

    They are useless , each time I have contacted them , they have just made the problem worse , they are not technicians and are just reading off cue cards or prompts on their screen , then Microsoft want you to pay for advanced support , well, if this is an example of their support they can keep it , espeically when in the days of upgrading to Windows 10 i got told by a techncan "well you chose to upgrade " , terrible attitude , they are also completely oblivious to the isssues with the Mail app , there answer is to try and roll back the computer by resetting it and keeping all your files , this only causes more agravation , as it messes up your operating system , complete total waste of time !

    My Verizon mail works just fine in AOL Mail where I was spun off to when Verizon shut down their mail servers. The Windows Mail program is where the code issue persists. I am pretty sure that the Yahoo Mail spinoff from Verizon works for those on Yahoo. So adding Mozilla is just another duplicative program for most of us. It is a workaround for you. For convenience I prefer to read all my emails in Windows Mail.

    My provider is aol. It didn't help to reinstall.

    My self-discovered temp fix was to uninstall and then reinstall my email provider, Yahoo!

    I have tried that many many times it didnt work for me
