windows mail app displays html code in emails

I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

    I agree Christopher. Problem still with us today 18th . I've raised this over 5 times with MS support since June last year. What's wrong with them.

    No apologies needed, we need to keep this thread alive , because Microsoft will do as little as possible as long as they think we can use other email clients, its just not good enough how long this has been going on for , there was another update to the mail app today, (17th February ) and STILL no change its disgusting

    Hi Greg

    This has been posted in the feedback hub by many users since June last year and nothing been done!! Have a look as I've just done!!

    Can't you do something about it instead of just suggesting the feedback hub. I have raised this directly with Microsoft support in June, September, October, November 22 and January 23 (latest ref 1048882834). They recognise this is a bug and needs fixing though when we don't know. What more do you want us to do?!!!!
