I am running windows 11. When using the windows mail and agenda app some emails appear in their html format. This is an example:

I agree. How Ironic that I can't read these Microsoft emails and have to view them in my AOL browser!!.
No sign of anything happening despite me contacting Microsft support 3 times in September, October and November. It;s also been reported on the Hub as advised by them but no progress there either. They are aware of this problem but I can't understand why they cant sort it out!!.

I've had the same problem as you since the begining of June with the mail App and my AOL emails. It looks like they have sorted it out with Windows 11 but not 10. I see Greg suggested using the feedback hub but I thought that was the idea of these forums was for Microsoft Techies to pick up problems we raise or is it too much for them.
Did you try the feedback hub and as I'm still receiving my emails (only certain ones and the webbrowser works OK) it looks like this problem still persists.
Let me know how you get on and if necessary I'll try it as well.

Yes has been going on for over 6 months now. Microsoft are aware of the problem and it has been reported ob feedback hub as well. I've also raised this with Microsoft suoort as well. See this thread.

Not what you expect from Microsoft. I can't even upgrade to Windows 11!!
There are numerous posts on the Community mainly with Yahoo and AOL users.

I have the same problem with my AOL email account on the Mail App and have just reported this issue on the feedback hub. Hope I get a speedy response as this has been going on now for over 2 months!!
