Epson printer issues with Windows 11

Every time I go to use the Epson Printer (ET-2750), with Windows 11, it never finds the printer, it has to search it out. I usually have to go to the Printer app & "Remind" it that it's the printer. It goes through this troubleshooting mode of finally doing something to the "Spooler" and then it will kick on & recognize the printer. I have called Epson numerous times on this. But it appears to be the problem of Windows 11 and not Epson.

Yes, Epson ET 3850 disappeared and My Lenovo Idea pad could not find it. Installed windows updated...same no find. updated drivers. Same no find. went through all the troubleshooters and connection checkers and ethernet cable direct connect. Same, no find. Bought new Epson XP 6100..all the same issues. Disabled Windows defender, ATT Active Armor and Nord VPN and upgraded to Windows 11 and still can not print via wi fi or direct cable.

Noted the " not Windows software message monkey face and the disable fine print and disabled that too. Same problem. Went into Windows Defender to allow a pass through for in and out printer functions and All Epson software : still not printing. Something in there is blocking communications to the printers.

epson printers are trash. i have a et-4810 which I have spent hours trying to connect. still no luck.

Peri Blum, just like you, nothing I did helped [the windows shared printer feature (an Epson WF-2830 via USB), which is connected to a windows-10 primary computer on a private peer to peer network, a windows 11 Spro 8 hits a wall and never connects to the

printer device.]. We donated the WF-2830, and replaced it with a ET-8550 which plays nice on our network of win 10 and win-11 pcs. Pete

Everything has failed to set up a WF-C4810. Support couldn't set it up. I run a business and am ready to throw it out. What a waste of money!!!!!

It likely is not a windows problem. I have had the problem for years with an Apple. Every few days I have to unplug the printer so it can reset its self. That works but it is a real headache.
