My laptop is installed with Windows 11 Home Single Language and uses the network adapter of Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC . Every time when I put my laptop in sleep mode, the WiFi disconnected automatically, and the network adapter driver also disappeared from the list of device manager. After I restart my laptop, everything goes back to normal, but I would like to resolve this issue permanently. I have updated the driver, but the issue still persists. My issue is identical to others. When laptop with Win11 sleeps or hibernates, regardless of length of time, it wakes with a disconnected WIFI. Only way to resolve is to do a RESTART and then WIFI reconnects automatically. The SOLUTION with the REGEDIT adjustment to 2 did not work for me and I followed the instructions to a T. What else could be wrong?

If you have not already tried the other potential solutions on this thread I would suggest trying those. You can also look at the following registry key also. Expand to the DefaultPowerSchemeValues and change the ACSettings and DCSetting for each one to 1 if it's not already. I found this registry key while looking for the other one. It's showing "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

I had the same frustrating problem: Lenovo T490/Intel Wireless AC 9560. Tried all the suggestions in this post without any success. It turns out it was a simple authentication mode capability. I kept using WPA3 Personal, which works manually, but not for automatic connect. I reverted to using WPA2 Personal and WiFi is back to automatic connect even after Sleep, Hibernate, Restart. ps. the Intel adapter is supposed to work with WPA3, but apparently not. And explain after powering down the wifi adapter struggles to reconnect without manual intervention.
