All Strix users with this issue, a workaround is to use non-official drivers foundhere
Performance is exactly the same, but no more having to restart or disable the wifi.
Its evident that its definitely a software issue.

My laptop is installed with Windows 11 Home Single Language and uses the network adapter of Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC.
Every time when I put my laptop in sleep mode, the WiFi disconnected automatically, and the network adapter driver also disappeared from the list of device manager. After I restart my laptop, everything goes back to normal, but I would like to resolve this issue permanently.
I have updated the driver, but the issue still persists. Below are the images that illustrate the issue.
HOWEVER, this issue comes back every time after, I put my laptop into sleep mode.

Just adding on that I also have a Strix and this has started happening around a week or so ago, I think. Following basically everything I've seen online so far and nothing works (even a factory reset).
This started happening on my Strix yesterday as well. I can not figure out how to fix it
I have a Strix also and this just started happening to me also. It's so annoying.

So I reset my pc with option of removing all files. Even that didn't help. So the last thing I did was flash image of windows 10 with bootable USB. Initially I faced wifi missing issue. But after a day the issue was gone. The wifi would disappear for 3-4 sec after waking up from sleep mode but it does return and starts working. But I have no idea for how long it will keep working.
MS isn't very responsive. I have 3 computers running W11, only one has 22H2 and that's the one not working. Other 2 with 21H1 work fine.
