Issues with receiving emails in code for Yahoo Mail

Hello,

My wife and I recently started seeing some emails in code. We both use Yahoo Mail. She has Window 10 and I have 11. Does anyone have a possible solution to fix this? These emails are from trusted sources and sometimes they are not in code. Any help appreciated!

    some of my emails are encoded and I can not read them most are my bank, VA Doctor and bills I need this fixed I have video appt with doctor today

    I contacted Microsoft support and was told it was a problem with Mail app and to uninstall kit then re-install it which I have - but its still the same. HTML coded emails but not all mail. Same as before...
