Hello,

My wife and I recently started seeing some emails in code. We both use Yahoo Mail. She has Window 10 and I have 11. Does anyone have a possible solution to fix this? These emails are from trusted sources and sometimes they are not in code. Any help appreciated!

Thank You!

    Thanks for your response!!

Just an FYI...all my emails from yahoo and hotmail are perfect on my I pad.

I forward the important ones to my pc so I can read, respond or archive the information.

It's not a fix, but it's nice to know the glitch isn't a faux pau due to MY unsavvy IT skills.

Yes I've now switched to 'Blue Mail'. Poor from Microsoft.

Also, for some other reason Windows Mail on my main HP Laptop stopped 'talking' to Yahoo email provider altogether so couldn't send or receive anything...

Blue Mail works in a similar fashion to the old Microsoft version and you can work with it offline too, i.e, doesn't require to be connected to the 'Cloud' to function such as composing emails etc,

Great idea! Nice of Microsoft to allow us to troubleshoot our common problem together and come up with a solution that does not include using their product. Since they are not interested in fixing the problem they, in turn, became part of the problem. So, a different Mail Client is a Great Idea. Let's give all the credit to the Great Minds at Microsoft. Good Job Guys!!

This issue with receiving emails from trusted sources in code is an irritant; even more so for those of us that aren't computer whizzes. We have to put up with inferior service (or lack of), from Microsoft.

Yes, I think I'll have to install a different client too. Real shoddy service from Microsoft. I don't know why they host these forums if they don't pay any attention to it.

    Cheers.
