Hello,

My wife and I recently started seeing some emails in code. We both use Yahoo Mail. She has Window 10 and I have 11. Does anyone have a possible solution to fix this? These emails are from trusted sources and sometimes they are not in code. Any help appreciated!

Thank You!

If you have your mail on your iphone as well, you can read those bad one there, so it must be something to do with the platform????? Anyway, since some of them are advertisements and PayPal notifications, you would think that the back-room boys would be motivated to fix it, I must just delete 20 or30 adverts a day because they are unreadable, and that means a lot of wasted money to them!!!!

    Cheers, Alan

    Hi Marie,

I and many others have this problem but you can read your email by going directly to the yahoo mail site instead of using Windows mail. That address is https://mail.yahoo.com/ Hope this helps!

First time I have received email in code. I do not recognize the sender's address or the names I can make out as cc'd and in the text. I did not send the email, so I cannot resend. And I have no other devices such as a mobile phone, only a laptop computer. Is there a way to convert the code so it is readable in English? Thanks.

Yes, resending from the actual Yahoo mail website or from another device such as a mobile phone...

    Hi, Mark Stanfield.

I will have to try this, resending to myself. Thanks for this.
