Since, I am not able to download from the website you gave above, I downloaded it from this site : V2Logs
Check the new V2 Log Files here : V2 Logs after Re-installing Windows 10

What were the issues running V2?
It was not possible to logon to Ten Forums but you were able to logon to Eleven Forum?
So far no BSOD or live kernel events.
Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

Post images or share links displaying the commands with results.
Continue for another 24 to 48 hours without installing drivers and applications.
When installing drivers (some have already been installed) you can use the HP website and / or HP support assistant, Intel Driver and support assistant and AMD autodetect.

In TenForums, we cannot register, but in Eleven Forums we can. I registered on ElevenForums and downloaded the V2 Log launcher.
No BSOD uptil now. Already downloaded the drivers today, before reading your comment. I apologise for the same.
sfc /scannow gave errors. Pasting the screenshot.
Hope this helps. Just concerned about the Task Manager thing. The CPU seems to be really high, until I open the task Manager. If you want, I can also record the screen and show you the problem.
Regards,
Rakesh0710
The high CPU problems were reported before and after a clean install and before installing most drivers.
For the CPU issues please open a separate thread in this forum for troubleshooting.
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
sfc /scannow
Post new results into this thread.
Please post a new V2 share link.
